Ryan founded REDCO in 2008 because he believes in joining free market concepts with sound environmental and energy policies.  Ryan has had an interest in free-market environmental opportunities since he founded O2 Blue in 2001.  O2 Blue was an environmental commodity brokerage firm that created a technology application to track, monitor and transact air and water pollution credits Renewable Energy Certificates and other environmental commodities.  Ryan created the internationally recognized “Olympic Cleaner & Greener program for the 2002 inter Olympics making it the cleanest Olympics in history and was hired by the Beijing 2008 Olympic Committee to help design facets of their environmental program.    Ryan successfully led the merger of O2 Blue with Prebon Energy, one of the largest OTC commodity brokerage firms in the world.
